Management\nLead and manage the vendor's maintenance team, ensuring appropriate staffing and skill sets.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to align vendor activities with priorities and expectations.\nFacilitate knowledge transfer within the vendor team to ensure continuity of support.\nStakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact between the vendor team and SFA stakeholders.\nRegularly communicate project status, risks and issues to SFA management.\nManage stakeholder expectations regarding system performance, maintenance timelines and enhancement deliverables.\nSystem Support and Enhancement\nOversee ongoing support for commissioned application systems.\nCoordinate the planning and execution of system enhancements as requested.\nEnsure maintenance and enhancement activities align with business requirements and technical standards.\nQuality Assurance and Performance Management\nImplement and maintain quality control processes for maintenance and enhancement activities.\nMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined in the maintenance contract.\nConduct regular service reviews to assess vendor performance and service delivery.\nAI Integration Strategy & Systems\nLead the identification and implementation of AI integration opportunities across existing and new systems.\nOversee the complete development lifecycle of AI-enhanced solutions, including proof-of-concept, implementation and operational transition.\nManage maintenance transitions for AI-integrated systems.\nCollaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure effective execution of AI projects.\nDrive system improvements through AI capability integration.\nRisk and Issue Management\nProactively identify and mitigate risks related to system maintenance and enhancements.\nManage the resolution of critical system issues while minimizing disruption to operations.\nMaintain a comprehensive log of issues, resolutions and preventive measures implemented.\nCompliance and Security\nEnsure maintenance activities comply with organizational policies, government regulations and industry standards.\nCoordinate with IT security teams on security audits and the timely implementation of security updates.\nFinancial Management\nManage the project maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of services.\nProvide transparent reporting on resource utilization and costs incurred.\nSupport forecasting of future maintenance costs and planning for system enhancements.\nDocumentation and Reporting\nOversee the maintenance of up-to-date system documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.\nPrepare and present regular status reports covering progress, issues, risks and upcoming activities.\nKey Requirements\nMust-Have\n4–6 years of project management experience.\nProject management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.\nExperience managing vendor teams.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge of IT security and compliance requirements.\nGood-to-Have\nExperience with AI implementation projects.\nExperience in government sector projects.\nKnowledge of data protection regulations.\nExperience supporting and maintaining internal-facing systems.\nBackground in system integration projects.\nUnderstanding of AI technologies and
