obstacles to keep initiatives on track.\nRequirements\n10+ years of experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.\nProven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams.\nStrong experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.\nExperience working with external vendors and managing cross-team dependencies.\nStrong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and end-to-end delivery.\nDemonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, timelines, and competing priorities to achieve successful delivery
