This role requires strong functional expertise in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) for modern trade, Sales Analytics for traditional trade, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across channels, enabling clients to drive smarter commercial and supply chain decisions across their CPG business.\n\nResponsibilities: \nServe as the functional SME for CPG engagements, advising on domain strategy across traditional and modern trade channels.\nLead solutioning and functional design for RGM initiatives, pricing, promotions, trade spend optimization, and mix management specifically for modern trade.\nDrive sales analytics frameworks for traditional trade distributor performance, route-to-market effectiveness, primary/secondary sales, and outlet-level insights.\nGuide IBP (Integrated Business Planning) initiatives across channels, aligning demand planning, supply planning, and commercial forecasting.\nPartner with data engineering and analytics teams to translate CPG business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.\nOwn functional requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design across commercial, sales, and supply chain domain areas.\nCollaborate with client business stakeholders (category, trade marketing, sales, and supply chain) to identify pain points and recommend data-driven solutions.\nSupport end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering and solutioning through delivery and adoption.\nContribute to pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal support for CPG-focused opportunities.\nStay current on evolving CPG industry trends, RGM best practices, and channel dynamics across global markets.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong domain expertise in the CPG industry, with working knowledge of both traditional trade and modern trade dynamics in a global context.\nHands-on functional experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) pricing, promotion, trade spend, and mix specifically for modern trade.\nStrong background in sales analytics for traditional trade distributor/outlet-level performance and route-to-market insights.\nExperience with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes across sales, demand, and supply channels.\nAbility to translate business/functional requirements into specifications for data engineering and analytics teams.\nStrong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.\n\nGood to Have: \nPrior experience working with global CPG/FMCG brands (P& G, Unilever, Nestl, Reckitt, etc. ).\nExposure to modern MMM or RGM platforms/tools.\nExperience in a consulting or professional services environment.\nExperience supporting
