The engineer will use his/her skills & experience to understand application architecture, end-user requirements and design/automate test cases to find flaws in the application.\nResponsibilities:\nParticipate within QA teams through management of daily activities, training, and mentoring\nCollaborate with stakeholders to improve quality standards and testing procedures\nDevelop test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test data for different testing activities\nProvide definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard QA processes and methodologies for cloud, data, and application engineering efforts\nCollaborate with Product Owners and UX/UI Designers teams to understand different use cases and develop test plans accordingly\nCollaborate with Product and Development Leads to develop and implement a testing roadmap for the product\nWork with development teams to develop quality standards for areas such as test automation, unit, functional, system integration, performance, and user acceptance test phases\nOwn end-to-end QA automation and manual quality assurance processes and execution\nDefine and implement KPI’s to support end-to-end automation in the product development quality life cycle\nLeverage AI/ML models to enhance test automation efficiency, defect prediction, and anomaly detection in data pipelines\nIntegrate AI-driven testing tools to optimize regression testing, performance benchmarking, and intelligent test case prioritization.\nTeam handling, problem solving, project management and communication skills & creative thinking\nCoordinate and manage platform releases by overseeing test case execution, documenting defects, and managing deployment of releases\nTroubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures when applicable.\nQualifications:\n14 to 19 years of software testing experience\n8+ years of experience working as a QA Engineer or in a similar capacity\nMust have experience in ETL testing, creating data pipelines\nExcellent experience in Python and SQL scripting\nExpert in automation testing, creating end to end use cases.\nKnowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and techniques\nKnowledge of DevOps principals\nExperience working in an Agile environment\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work with the different stakeholders to improve the company’s procedures and to ensure the vision is communicated clearly\nPrevious experience as test automation engineer at various development stages and integrating with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., unit, integration, load tests)\nExperience with testing PySpark code and API testing\nExperience with test automation frameworks (Python BDD)\nExperience with docker containers.\nExperience in validating AI/ML models for accuracy, bias detection, and performance monitoring.\nKnowledge of AI-driven test automation platforms and their integration with CI/CD pipelines.\nAnalytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail\nQA management experience\nExperience working with professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle\nExperience improving product test coverage and effectiveness\nExperience in Selenium Automation testing using Python, Pytest Education:\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.\nIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nNot the right fit?
