The role involves building scalable AI models, working with large image/video datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused AI applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in computer vision, deep learning frameworks, and MLOps practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and optimize AI/ML solutions for computer vision applications.\n\nBuild and fine-tune deep learning models for image classification, object detection, and image segmentation.\n\nProcess, clean, annotate, and manage large-scale image and video datasets.\n\nDevelop data preprocessing and post-processing pipelines.\n\nTrain, evaluate, and validate machine learning and deep learning models.\n\nMonitor model performance using relevant evaluation metrics and conduct error analysis.\n\nPerform experimentation, benchmarking, and model comparison activities.\n\nDeploy and scale AI models in production environments using cloud and MLOps practices.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate AI solutions.\n\nFollow software development best practices including version control, testing, documentation, and reproducibility.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong proficiency in Python.\n\nHands-on experience with Computer Vision and Deep Learning.\n\nExpertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.\n\nExperience with OpenCV and image processing techniques.\n\nStrong knowledge of image classification, object detection, image segmentation, transfer learning, and model fine-tuning.\n\nExperience with ML model evaluation and performance optimization.\n\nKnowledge of Git and software development best practices.\n\nUnderstanding of MLOps concepts and production deployment.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and Multimodal AI.\n\nExposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP concepts.\n\nExperience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.\n\nCloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\nExperience in healthcare, medical imaging, or similar domain-specific AI applications.\n\nResearch publications or contributions to open-source AI projects.\n\nKnowledge of Responsible AI and AI ethics.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nEffective communication and presentation skills.\n\nCross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.\n\nResearch-oriented mindset with attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nStrong ownership and accountability.\n\nIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nNot the right fit?
