If you like working with a curious, supportive, high-performing team, Fractal is the place for you. close.\nHow You Will Make an Impact/ Job Responsibilities:\nPlanning, design and development of Azure Infra based architecture and solutions.\nWorking closely with client and delivering outcomes per the SoW and SLA\nArchitect, design, develop, deploy and document new systems or maintain existing systems on Cloud Platforms based on specifications.\nCollaborate with, provide continuous guidance to, and influence design decisions of various Agile development teams for various existing and new products and solutions w.r.t. Cloud enablement, migration and infrastructure needs, to adopt and promote Cloud best practices, and economies of scale.\nEngage customers understand their use cases and operational needs, as well as engage with Cloud Platform vendors to understand their technology roadmaps and evolution and translate to comprehensive technology guidance for various product teams.\nDesign for Cloud security and compliance ensure solutions and operations reliability.\nDrive and conduct audits on current cloud utilization and recommend cloud optimization and security changes.\nAct as a mentor and technical consultant for the various teams.\nDesired/Preferred Skills:\nWell versed with IaaS and PaaS services of Azure\nStrong understanding and implementation of DevSecOps Framework.\nUnderstand the technical, financial and organizational requirements and constraints of enterprise customers and work closely with multiple teams to lead cloud enabled solutions\nDemonstrate ability to architect enterprise ready secure and scalable solution in cloud optimized for cost.\nHands on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OCI, etc.) and microservices architecture.\nHands on experience with Unix and Linux based systems, shell scripting\nEffectively communicate the target state architecture topology on cloud to clients\nSolid understanding of design principles for resilient, scalable, high-performing distributed applications\n Experience with automation, orchestration, CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and other tools.\nHave integrated code quality and security tools in CICD.\nWorked with build and release to Azure services like Azure WebApp, Logic App, Data Factory, Databricks and other services.\nAbility to work on multiple projects, collaborate effectively with multiple teams and be flexible to adapt to changing requirements.\nHave worked with external client, managed client expectation and delivery\nGood understanding of Infrastructure as a Code script like Terraform, ARM, Pulumi or others\nExperience in programming languages like Python, Bash, Perl, VBScript, GoLang, will be an added advantage.\nMonitoring and Logging tools knowledge/experience like Azure Monitor, App Insight and Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana and Fluentbit will be added advantage.\nIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nNot the right fit?
