It includes a no/low-code development console, Agent & MCP Gateways, and an enterprise marketplace for reusable agents, tools, connections and guardrails.\nRole Summary\nAs a Senior Platform Engineer - Agentic AI, you will play a critical role in integrating, deploying, and scaling Cogentiq, Fractal’s enterprise-grade agentic AI platform, across complex customer environments. You will enable production-ready AI agent workflows by building deep integrations, deploying the platform across core, runtime, and governance layers, and driving adoption across engineering and business teams.\nThis role sits at the intersection of platform engineering, agentic systems, and enterprise integration.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Integration & Deployment\nIntegrate Cogentiq with enterprise ecosystems using MCP-based connectors, APIs, storage systems, and business applications (ERP, SaaS, internal tools)\nDesign and implement integrations using MCP Gateway, Agent Gateway, and Cogentiq SDKs\nDeploy, configure, and operate Cogentiq across Core, Runtime (Kubernetes), and Governance layers\nSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform and agent deployments\nAgent & Workflow Engineering\nBuild, configure, and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows on the Cogentiq platform\nImplement orchestration patterns using agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI)\nTranslate business problems into scalable, production-grade agentic solutions\nReliability, Observability & Troubleshooting\nEnsure platform reliability, observability, security, and governance compliance\nTroubleshoot integration, deployment, and runtime issues across distributed systems\nCollaborate closely with product, platform, and customer teams to resolve production issues\nEnablement & Adoption\nDrive onboarding, enablement, and adoption of Cogentiq across internal and customer teams\nAct as a technical partner to stakeholders, helping them leverage agentic AI effectively\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong Python development skills with solid OOP and system design fundamentals\nExperience building backend services using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks\nStrong API design and integration experience\nHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)\nExperience deploying platforms using CI/CD pipelines\nDeep understanding of enterprise connectors:MCP-based connectors\nAPIs & SDK-based integrations\nStorage systems and business applications\n\nExperience working with or integrating via Model Context Protocol (MCP)\nStrong debugging and troubleshooting skills across distributed systems\nAbility to understand business use cases and map them to practical technical solutions\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)\nNice to Have\nExposure to LLMs, RAG, and model orchestration concepts\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\nUnderstanding of observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks\nPrior experience working on enterprise platforms or developer platforms\nOutcomes & Impact\nFaster enterprise onboarding and platform integration\nScalable, production-ready AI agent deployments\nIncreased adoption and enterprise usage of Cogentiq\nHigh reliability, security, and governance compliance in production systems\nIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nNot the right fit?
