Please visit Fractal | Intelligence for Imagination for more information about Fractal.\nLocations: New York, NY.\nNote: This position is not eligible for Immigration Sponsorship at this time. \nRole Overview:\nWe are looking for an experienced Client Engagement Manager to lead strategic client engagements for a large Pharma/Life Sciences client in the US. The role will own client relationships, program delivery, commercial governance, and cross-functional coordination across analytics, data, AI, and technology initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities\nServe as the senior engagement lead and primary client partner for assigned Pharma programs.\nBuild strong relationships with senior business, technology, data, and analytics stakeholders.\nOwn end-to-end program delivery, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, resource planning, and quality.\nDrive engagement governance through regular client reviews, steering meetings, status reporting, and escalation management.\nManage commercial aspects including SOWs, budgets, utilization, revenue tracking, forecasting, and change requests.\nPartner with delivery, engineering, data science, analytics, and product teams to ensure successful execution.\nIdentify opportunities to expand existing engagements and bring additional value to the client.\nProactively identify delivery and business risks and drive mitigation plans.\nTranslate client business priorities into actionable programs and delivery roadmaps.\nEnsure high levels of client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and stakeholder alignment.\nMentor Engagement Managers and delivery leads supporting the account.\n\nQualifications\n12+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in client-facing engagement/program management roles.\nStrong experience managing large enterprise clients, preferably within Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.\nGood understanding of Data, Analytics, AI/ML, Digital, and Technology programs.\nStrong program management and governance capabilities.\nExperience managing multiple workstreams and distributed/onshore-offshore teams.\nStrong understanding of commercial management, SOWs, budgets, resource planning, and financial governance.\nExcellent executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to navigate complex client organizations and manage senior-level expectations.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle delivery escalations effectively.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience working with US-based Pharma clients.\nExperience with forecasting, commercial analytics, data platforms, GenAI/AI, or decision intelligence programs is advantageous.\nMBA or equivalent management qualification is preferred.\nPMP, SAFe, Agile, or similar certification is an added advantage.\n\nPay:\nThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range is:UP to $185K.\n\nBenefits:\nAs a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
