Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Azure Practice aligned with the organization's overall goals.\n2. Provide leadership in defining and implementing Azure best practices and standards.\n2. Team Management:\n1. Lead and mentor a team of Azure architects, engineers, and consultants.\n2. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.\n3. Client Engagement:\n1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing Azure solutions that align with their objectives.\n2. Collaborate with the P & A team to drive business development, including pre-sales support and client presentations.\n4. Service Delivery:\n1. Oversee the successful delivery of Azure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.\n2. Monitor and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.\n5. Technical Expertise:\n1. Stay abreast of the latest Azure technologies, trends, and best practices.\n2. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver cutting-edge solutions.\n6. Financial Management:\n1. Develop and manage the Azure Practice budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance.\n2. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization within the practice.\n7. GenAI & Agentic AI Leadership\n1. Define and drive the Azure-based Generative AI and Agentic AI strategy for clients across industries.\n2. Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and related Azure AI technologies.\n3. Enable the development of Agentic AI solutions leveraging autonomous agents, multi-agent architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI governance.\n4. Partner with clients to identify high-value GenAI and Agentic AI use cases that drive business transformation, productivity, and operational efficiency.\n5. Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices for enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI adoption on Azure.\n6. Collaborate with Microsoft and strategic partners to strengthen Azure AI capabilities, innovation initiatives, and go-to-market opportunities.\n7. Guide solution teams on Responsible AI, AI security, data privacy, compliance, and model governance frameworks.\n8. Support business development initiatives by shaping AI-led transformation proposals, solution architectures, thought leadership, and executive-level client presentations.\n9. Drive innovation programs, hackathons, and capability-building initiatives to enhance the organization's GenAI and Agentic AI expertise.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.\nProven experience (20 + years) in a leadership role within an Azure-focused practice or similar environment.\nIn-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, infrastructure, and solutions.\nStrong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and compliance.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.\nRelevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, etc.\nAdditional Requirements:\nAbility to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills\nIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nNot the right fit?
