Fractal’s mission is to power every human decision in the enterprise and uses the power of AI to help the world’s most admired Fortune 500 companies.\nJob Responsibilities\nThis position will support key accounting and compliance activities for the Group:\nAssist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Ind AS on a quarterly and annual basis;\nAssist in the preparation and review of quarterly results and related disclosures as per applicable regulatory requirements;\nSupport the limited review and statutory audit processes by coordinating with statutory auditors and internal auditors and providing required schedules and workings;\nPrepare and maintain related party transaction schedules, disclosures and reports in compliance with Ind AS 24 and SEBI LODR requirements;\nPrepare presentations on related party transactions to be presented to audit committee on quarterly basis;\nMaintain working knowledge of Ind AS standards;\nCoordinate effectively with various other teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting;\nUse Excel proficiently for preparation of financial schedules, MIS reports, data analysis and audit workings;\n\nDesired Candidate Profile\nQualified Chartered Accountant;\nSound knowledge of Ind AS and its practical application in financial statement preparation;\nExperience in assisting with statutory / limited review audits and dealing with audit queries;\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data management;\nGood interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and functions;\nAbility to manage multiple deliverables and meet stringent deadlines;\nKnowledge of / exposure to ERP systems is an advantage;\nIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nNot the right fit?
