This role will own the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI programs, including strategy development, business engagement, use case identification, solution governance, delivery oversight, and value realization.\nThe ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of business acumen, program management expertise, analytics experience, and a solid understanding of Generative AI technologies. The individual will work closely with senior business leaders, data and AI teams, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption and deliver measurable business impact.\nKey Accountabilities\nStrategic Leadership & Business Partnership\nPartner with business leaders to define and execute the GenAI transformation roadmap aligned with organizational objectives.\nIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value GenAI opportunities across business functions.\nAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving AI adoption and business process innovation.\nDefine success metrics, value realization frameworks, and business outcomes for AI initiatives.\nLead steering committee discussions and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.\nProgram & Portfolio Management\nManage a portfolio of AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation initiatives from ideation through deployment and scale-up.\nEstablish program governance, resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery frameworks.\nDrive cross-functional alignment across business, technology, data science, architecture, security, and operations teams.\nMonitor program performance, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.\nDevelop and maintain AI implementation roadmaps, project plans, and executive status reporting.\nSolution Planning & Delivery\nTranslate complex business requirements into scalable AI and GenAI solution strategies.\nCollaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, architects, and product teams to define solution requirements covering data, models, integrations, and workflows.\nEnsure solution quality through effective testing, validation, and performance measurement frameworks.\nGuide Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilot programs, and enterprise rollouts of GenAI solutions.\nDrive user adoption, change management, and operationalization of AI capabilities.\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance\nEnsure AI solutions comply with organizational policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI principles.\nEstablish governance processes for model performance monitoring, risk assessment, and compliance adherence.\nCollaborate with legal, risk, security, and compliance teams to manage AI-related risks.\nCapability Building & Best Practices\nDevelop and institutionalize GenAI delivery frameworks, reusable assets, best practices, and documentation.\nMentor project managers, business analysts, and junior team members on AI program delivery methodologies.\nStay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously improve organizational AI capabilities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Information Management, or related disciplines.\n8-10 years of professional experience in Program Management, Project Management, Analytics, Digital Transformation, Data Science delivery, or AI-related initiatives.\nProven experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs involving analytics, automation, data platforms, or AI solutions.\nStrong track record of translating business requirements into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.\nHands-on understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies and their business applications.\nWorking knowledge of Python and/or SQL for data analysis and solution discussions.\nExperience with reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Metabase, Tableau, or similar tools.\nDemonstrated experience managing stakeholders across business and technical functions, including senior leadership.\nStrong communication, executive presentation, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred / Good-to-Have Skills\nExperience leading enterprise GenAI programs, AI product implementations, or business transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with cloud AI platforms such as:\nAzure OpenAI\nAzure AI Services\nAWS Bedrock\nGoogle Vertex AI\nDatabricks AI Platform\nExperience developing AI roadmaps, business cases, and value realization frameworks.\nKnowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, Risk Management, Security, and Compliance frameworks.\nExposure to Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\nCertification(s) in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Agile, Product Management, or Cloud Platforms are advantageous.\nExperience managing vendors, consulting partners, and
