Fractal has been featured as a Great Place to Work by The Economic Times in partnership with the Great Place to Work® Institute and recognized as a ‘Cool Vendor’ and a ‘Vendor to Watch’ by Gartner.\nWe are looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Consultant Consultant with strong expertise in Marketing Analytics and Project Management to support strategic initiatives for a leading global payments client.\nThe candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making, marketing performance measurement, and business insights generation.\nThe role requires a blend of analytical thinking, client engagement, stakeholder management, and project execution capabilities.\nThe ideal candidate should have experience in translating business challenges into analytical solutions and managing end-to-end delivery of marketing analytics engagements.\nThe candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations and measurable business outcomes.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nPartner with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, marketing challenges, and strategic priorities.\nDrive marketing analytics projects from requirement gathering through execution and delivery.\nAnalyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and business performance metrics to generate actionable insights.\nDevelop frameworks and methodologies for marketing effectiveness measurement.\nTranslate analytical findings into business recommendations and executive-ready presentations.\nManage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.\nCoordinate across analytics, data engineering, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nCreate dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards to track key business metrics.\nSupport business reviews and strategic planning discussions through data-driven insights.\nEnsure quality, consistency, and accuracy in analytical outputs and deliverables.\nContribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the engagement.\nSkills/Experience:\n7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Consulting, or related domains.\nHands-on experience in marketing performance measurement and business insights generation.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management experience.\nExperience working directly with global clients and cross-functional teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to convert complex analytical findings into business-friendly recommendations.\nExperience managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nConsulting experience will be an added advantage.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong understanding of Marketing Analytics, Campaign Analytics, and Customer Analytics.\nExperience with Excel, SQL, and data analysis techniques.\nFamiliarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/visualization tools.\nUnderstanding of marketing KPIs, customer segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and performance measurement frameworks.\nExperience working with large datasets and deriving business insights.\nExposure to data-driven decision-making and business strategy initiatives.\nKnowledge of analytics project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.\nUnderstanding of Agile project delivery frameworks is preferred.\nNon-Technical Skills:\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.\nStrong business acumen and consulting mindset.\nAbility to influence stakeholders and drive discussions.\nStrong project planning and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh degree of ownership and accountability.\nStrong collaboration and teamwork skills.\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\nProactive problem-solving approach and learning mindset.\nIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!\nNot the right fit?
