The team works closely with Product Owners, Development, Legal Team SMEs, and operational stakeholders to design, improve, and scale the Firm’s technology-enabled immigration services.\nThe team’s core responsibilities focus on business and process analysis in support of strategic initiatives, client-facing platforms, and internal systems. This includes leading discovery with stakeholders, documenting and optimising end-to-end processes, defining clear and actionable requirements, and supporting product teams through delivery.
