Job Description

About the Role: Fragomen’s Business Immigration Supervisor position in Brazil will provide you with the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our business, while offering training, development, and long-term growth opportunities. Fragomen’s exclusive focus on inbound and outbound immigration matters means you will work in an exciting, dynamic, and challenging environment with professionals who are passionate about immigration and global mobility.

This role will serve as a key point of contact for Asian clients, and internal stakeholders, supporting the growth of the China Desk initiative in Brazil. The position combines immigration expertise, team leadership, client relationship management, and cross-border coordination to ensure exceptional service delivery and support strategic business growth.

How will you make a difference as a Business Immigration Supervisor at Fragomen?

  • Act as a business immigration professional supporting Asian clients.
  • Demonstrate excellence in managing complex cases and ensuring teamwork output is accurate and timely by prioritizing cases and monitoring workload.
  • Manage relationships with Asian clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and service quality.
  • Build and expand a robust professional network among Chinese companies and stakeholders operating in Brazil.
  • Serve as a liaison between Fragomen Brazil, Fragomen in Asian offices, and client representatives.
  • Proactively address Asian client subjects, lead high-touch calls, and provide accurate and relevant client reporting.
  • Support business development initiatives, strategic account management activities, and market intelligence efforts related to Asian investments in Brazil.
  • Support implementation of process improvements, operational efficiencies, and standardization initiatives.
  • Coordinate technical alignment meetings and facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
  • Oversee status of cases through utilization of case management and billing systems.
  • Prepare and support client presentations, immigration updates, and materials tailored to Asian audiences.
  • Ensure self and team follow documented firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance.

Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced or fluent English required.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly articulate professional with exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting Asian multinational companies or international stakeholders is desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using various computer systems, including Microsoft tools and case management platforms.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships within the Chinese business community in Brazil.
  • Ability to build and expand a robust professional network among Chinese companies and stakeholders operating in Brazil.
  • Commitment to accuracy, quality, compliance, and client service excellence.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive work environment, collaborate effectively, and promote teamwork.
  • Experience in business development, account management, or global mobility environments is a plus.
