The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and a proven track record managing high-performing technical teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nSalesforce Architecture and Platform Ownership\nOwn the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and related applications\n\nLead platform architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and security\n\nOversee system configuration, data governance, and environment management across sandboxes and production\n\nWork in close partnership with the Salesforce Administrator to align configuration and custom development, ensuring a cohesive and scalable platform\n\nDevelopment and Technical Leadership\nDesign and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL\n\nEstablish and enforce development best practices, including code quality, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines\n\nLead code reviews and mentor developers to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions\n\nManage integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-drivenarchitectures\n\nIntegration and Data Management\nArchitect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), content systems, and third-party tools\n\nDefine and implement data models, data flows, and data quality standards\n\nEnsure secure and efficient data exchange across systems\n\nProject Delivery and Agile Execution\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions\n\nLead Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management\n\nManage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines\n\nPlatform Optimization and Innovation\nContinuously evaluate and optimize system performance, usability, and automation capabilities\n\nStay current with Salesforce releases, features, and emerging technologies such asAgentforceand AI-driven CRM capabilities\n\nDrive adoption of new tools and features to improve business outcomes\n\nTraining, Enablement, and Support\nProvide technical guidance and support to administrators, developers, and end users\n\nDevelop technical documentation, playbooks, andenablementmaterials to support ongoing platform use and governance\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field\n\n5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role\n\nStrong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL\n\nExperience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), integration patterns, and middleware tools\n\nProven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce\n\nDeep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and governor limits\n\nExperience with Sales Cloud and familiarity with marketing automation integrations such as Marketo\n\nSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Architect credentials preferred\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams\n\nAll offers and/or employment contracts are contingent upon the successful completion of the Firm’s pre-employment screening process.
