Integration Solution Specialist

Job Description

Fragomen is seeking an Integration Solution Specialist to join our Client Data Integration (CDI) team. This client-facing role leads the delivery of assigned client integration implementations using Fragomen’s established integration capabilities.

The Integration Solution Specialist works directly with clients and Fragomen legal teams to define and document the business, data, and implementation requirements needed to successfully implement the integration solution. The specialist coordinates implementation activities, ensures requirements and dependencies are clear before technical execution begins, and partners closely with the Integration Execution team throughout configuration, testing, and deployment.

The role remains accountable for the client implementation experience through User Acceptance Testing, go-live, and successful client acceptance. While the Integration Solution Specialist does not perform the technical configuration of the integration, they are responsible for keeping the implementation aligned, resolving requirements and client decisions, coordinating testing, and ensuring the delivered solution meets the agreed business needs.

Success in this role requires strong client communication, implementation leadership, requirements management, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate effectively across legal, business, and technical stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary CDI contact for assigned client integration implementations.
• Manage implementations from project initiation through go-live and client acceptance.
• Coordinate implementation activities across clients, Fragomen legal teams, Integration Execution, and other stakeholders.
• Gather, clarify, and document the data mapping, workflow, and operational requirements needed to implement the assigned integration solution.
• Manage implementation timelines, milestones, client responsibilities, dependencies, decisions, risks, and outstanding actions.
• Ensure requirements and required client decisions are complete and documented before handoff to Integration Execution.
• Coordinate structured handoffs with Integration Execution and remain engaged throughout configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Resolve client, legal, or requirements questions that arise during technical execution.
• Coordinate UAT, including participants, business scenarios, timelines, issue tracking, retesting, and client acceptance.
• Coordinate client readiness and communications for go-live and transition to ongoing support.
• Manage client-facing requirements, testing, and acceptance for approved changes and enhancements to existing integrations.
• Identify requests that fall outside established CDI capabilities or approved scope and escalate them through the appropriate review process.
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation and provide clear, timely project status and risk communications.
• Contribute to improvements in implementation materials, handoffs, UAT practices, and CDI delivery processes.

• Continuously expands expertise in API integration, data exchange, and emerging integration technologies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience managing or supporting client-facing technology implementations, systems integrations, HR technology implementations, or similar implementation work.
• Experience gathering and documenting implementation requirements.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or implementation deliverables.
• Experience coordinating work across clients, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams.
• Experience supporting UAT, business validation, or go-live activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and independently drive assigned work forward.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience with HR technology, data integrations, global mobility, immigration, relocation, or professional services.
• General familiarity with API and/or scheduled flat-file integrations.
• General understanding of data mappings, system interfaces, data exchange, and integration testing.
• Experience coordinating with client technology teams or third-party vendors.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar work-management tools.
