intelligence calculations.\n\n- Use Power Query and M language for data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and preparation.\n\n- Create intuitive and interactive reports using appropriate visualizations, navigation, drill - through, tooltips, bookmarks, and filters.\n\n- Implement row - level security, object - level security, workspace permissions, and data - access controls.\n\n- Optimize semantic models, DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, refresh processes, and report - rendering performance.\n\n- Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, DAX calculations, report performance, connectivity, refreshes, gateways, and security.\n\n- Validate report results by reconciling calculations, totals, and record counts against source systems.\n\n- Establish Power BI development standards, naming conventions, reusable templates, governance practices, and deployment procedures.\n\n- Conduct code and solution reviews and provide technical guidance to other Power BI developers.\n\nMicrosoft Fabric :\n\n- Use Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse as trusted data sources for Power BI solutions.\n\n- Develop and maintain Dataflow Gen2 solutions for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.\n\n- Build and support Fabric data pipelines used to load and prepare reporting data.\n\n- Develop or modify Fabric notebooks for data preparation and transformation using SQL, Python, or PySpark.\n\n- Build Power BI semantic models using data stored in Fabric Lakehouse or Warehouse.\n\n- Work with Direct Lake, Import, and DirectQuery storage modes based on solution requirements.\n\n- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure that Fabric datasets are suitable for Power BI reporting.\n\n- Troubleshoot data issues across Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, pipelines, notebooks, and Power BI.\n\nTechnical Skill :\n\n- 3 - 7 years of total professional IT experience, including 3 - 5 years of hands - on Power BI development experience.\n\n- Strong hands - on experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and datasets.\n\n- Strong proficiency in DAX, including measures, calculated columns, filter context, row context, variables, iterators, and time - intelligence functions.\n\n- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, common table expressions, aggregations, views, stored procedures, and query - performance tuning.\n\n- Good understanding of data visualization principles, dashboard design, layout, navigation, and user experience.\n\n- Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources, including relational databases, Excel files, flat files, APIs, and cloud platforms (MS Fabric).\n\n- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skill :\n\n- 3 - 5 years of strong hands - on Power BI development experience.\n\n- Advanced Power BI report and dashboard development experience.\n\n- Advanced knowledge of DAX, including :\n\n1. Filter context and row context.\n\n2. Measures and calculated columns.\n\n3. Variables and iterators.\n\n4. Time - intelligence calculations.\n\n5. Calculation groups.\n\n6. DAX performance optimization.\n\n- Strong experience with Power Query and M language.\n\n- Strong understanding of semantic - model design and dimensional data modelling.\n\n- Experience designing star schemas, fact tables, dimension tables, relationships, hierarchies, and business measures.\n\n- Good SQL or T - SQL experience, including complex queries, joins, views, common table expressions, stored procedures, aggregations, and query optimization.\n\n- Strong experience with Power BI Service, including workspaces, applications, semantic models, gateways, refresh schedules, subscriptions, and permissions.\n\n- Experience optimizing large Power BI reports and semantic models.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder - management skills.\n\nMicrosoft Fabric Skills :\n\n- The candidate should have good hands - on experience in the following areas :\n\n1.
