This is a hands-on role with significant technical influence and room to experiment, improve, and lead.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop applications and APIs using .NET / C#.\nBuild, deploy, and manage services and infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.\nDesign and optimize databases using SQL Server.\nOwn solutions from architecture through production deployment\nLeverage agentic AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, documentation, and modernization.\nReview code, establish engineering standards, and mentor other developers. \nQualifications\n7+ years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong experience with C#, .NET, and modern application architecture.\nHands-on experience managing Azure infrastructure and services.\nStrong SQL Server, database design, and query optimization skills.\nPractical experience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows.\nExperience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and production operations.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.\nBenefits:\nAt Fragomen, we know that great people make a great organization.
