With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.\nWhat You’ll Do Day-To-Day\nEnsure that project procurement requirements are understood and that procured products and services meet lead-time, price and quality requirements. \nReview and approve purchases up to a specified dollar amount. \nEngage and coordinate with line managers to implement appropriate commodity/supply tasks. \nParticipate in supplier relationship activities including selection, rationalization, development, performance measurement and recognition. \nPerform basic spend analysis and provides input to supply and contract negotiation strategies. \nInput and maintain relevant data in Purchasing information systems. \nGather and report metrics to assess effectiveness of procurement operations. \nContinue to develop business acumen and customer service with colleagues and customers.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. \nFoundational understanding of procurement processes and supply chain roles.\nStrong team player with a proven ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP/MRP systems.\nAble to multitask efficiently and collaborate cross-functionally with both internal teams and external suppliers.\nTrack purchase orders, assess supplier performance, and monitor inventory to ensure on-time delivery.\nKeep precise purchasing records and actively contribute to continuous improvement projects.\nEager to expand your expertise in procurement, supply chain logistics, and supplier management.\nTotal Rewards Package\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $57,000-$74,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
