In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of a BWR Refueling Outage from planning phase to post-outage closeout.\nAssignments are typically complex. \nAnalyzes equipment breakdowns, determines the proper corrective action, and direct repairs. \nPlans work schedules to accomplish required work and, when required, assign priorities. \nMaintains documentation to meet contractual obligations and any deviations. \nInteracts with customer regarding schedule and performance. Develops procedures, problem reports, job hazard analyses, and field schedules. \nParticipates in planning and executing projects and may be responsible for pre-outage preparations. \nMay provide input to training materials and may conduct training. \nResponsible for directing technicians which includes on the job training, conducting pre-job briefs, defining task requirements, performance management and coaching, documenting performance, managing conflicts between coworkers, and ensuring safety and compliance of individuals and plant equipment. \nComplies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance. \nResponsible for the safety and well-being of personnel supervising. \nWorks flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service. \nRequires travel to a variety of remote job sites. \nRequires unescorted nuclear access (includes background check, psychological exam, and drug screen). \nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh School diploma or equivalent education\nMinimum of 8 years of related experience.\nExpert knowledge of commonly used equipment, practices, procedures and concepts in a particular field. \nRequire specific technical training and certification. \nKnowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs as required for specific roles. \nExcellent written/verbal skills. \nAbility to effectively communicate with staff, management, vendors, and customers. \nAbility to comprehend instructions, policies, procedures and guidelines required to perform assigned tasks\nTotal Rewards Package\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $102,000 - $133,000 per year, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
