In this role, you will direct all reactor disassembly/reassembly and refueling activities for your respective shift.\nInstalls, troubleshoots, assembles and disassembles, repairs and maintains tooling and equipment at customer sites (may include equipment associated with refueling and inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components). \nConducts a variety of complex field tasks including, but not limited to operating specialized equipment, taking measurements, compiling data, and performing without error in high stress environments. \nDevelops calculations, tables, reports and related data; maintains maintenance logs and certification documents. \nDevelops procedures, problem reports, job hazard analyses, and field schedules. \nParticipates in planning and executing projects and may be responsible for pre-outage preparations. \nMay provide input to training materials and may conduct training. \nResponsible for directing technicians which includes on the job training, conducting pre-job briefs, defining task requirements, performance management and coaching, documenting performance, managing conflicts between coworkers, and ensuring safety and compliance of individuals and plant equipment. \nComplies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance. \nResponsible for the safety and well-being of personnel supervising. \nWorks flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service. \nRequires travel to a variety of remote job sites. \nRequires unescorted nuclear access (includes background check, psychological exam, and drug screen). \nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh School diploma or equivalent education\nMinimum of 6 years of related experience.\nExpert knowledge in a particular field of commonly used equipment, practices and concepts. \nKnowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs as required for specific roles. \nExcellent communication skills to comprehend, follow direction, policies, procedures and guidelines with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers. \nRequires specific technical training and certification.\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $43.40 - $56.90 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
