As the Digital Transformation & Cybersecurity Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, guiding strategic initiatives, and ensuring cybersecurity remains at the forefront of every solution.\nIf you're energized by solving complex business challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and driving meaningful change, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact.\nLead high-visibility digital transformation initiatives that directly support business performance. \nInfluence enterprise cybersecurity governance and risk management strategies. \nPartner closely with a global cybersecurity team and local technical experts, alongside executives and operational teams across North America. \nOwn and prioritize a portfolio of innovative digital products and initiatives. \nGain international exposure through collaboration with teams in France, Germany, and other global locations. \nHelp shape how emerging technologies are adopted in a highly regulated industry.\nWhat You’ll Do Day-To-Day\nDrive Digital Transformation\nIdentify business challenges that can be solved through technology. \nPartner with stakeholders to define clear business justification, expected outcomes, and measurable value. \nBuild compelling business cases, including market assessment and ROI analysis. \nTrack implementation success and champion user adoption. \nChampion Cybersecurity Governance\nServe as the Local Information Security Officer (LISO) for Installed Base America. \nPartner with corporate cybersecurity teams to manage cyber risks and support risk assessments for new technologies and vendors. \nCoordinate cybersecurity incident response activities. \nEnsure compliance with industry and regulatory standards including NIST, ISO-based practices, export controls (10 CFR 810), and nuclear industry requirements. \nSupport audits and drive corrective actions. \nBuild and deliver cybersecurity awareness for division personnel, and review digital releases for security readiness before deployment.\nLead Product & Portfolio Management\nOwn the digital product backlog, defining business requirements and success criteria. \nTranslate operational needs into actionable requirements for technical teams. \nLead change management efforts that drive successful implementation. \nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications within our regulatory environment. \nServe as the liaison between North American operations and global digital and data organizations, aligning on enterprise architecture and standards. \nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience). \n6+ years of progressive experience across technology, digital, or cybersecurity roles. \nDemonstrated experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, or compliance - for example RMF/ATO execution, NIST, ISO 27001, or equivalent work in a regulated environment. \nA track record of translating business needs into outcomes - through product or portfolio ownership, business analysis, or technical program management.\nExperience developing business cases and evaluating return on investment. \nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. \nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. \nPreferred Experience\nCybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, or progress toward certification. \nPMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certifications. \nExperience with Agile product delivery or product ownership. \nFamiliarity with Operational Technology (OT) and field-service environments alongside corporate IT. \nExperience in a regulated industry (nuclear, defense, aerospace, government, or similar). \nUnderstanding of enterprise systems and how digital tools integrate into a broader technology ecosystem\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $99,000-$134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
