In this role you will be part of a scheduling team that is responsible for development, maintaining and optimization of project schedules, tracking progress and generating detailed reports, forecasts, variance reporting and monthly KPIs, using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel. If you possess extensive knowledge of computers and exhibit the capability, mindset, and willingness to learn and implement Operational Excellence standards in scheduling and monitoring tasks, your actions, behaviors, and decisions will consistently align with Framatome's Core Values.\nWhat You’ll Do Day-To-Day\nUnder close supervision, this position will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing project schedules for the Nuclear Instrumentation & Controls team. The chosen candidate will coordinate with project partners on the development and implementation of project schedules along with tracking and monitoring project schedules through completion.\nDevelops, maintains current project schedules, schedule status and schedule analysis with appropriate software. \nAssists in developing project work breakdown structure for projects to meet scheduling and cost tracking requirements. \nProvides critical path analysis and creates 'what if' scenarios; evaluates impact of changes to critical path. \nAssists in identifying and ensuring adherence to required project resources (staff, materials, equipment, etc.). \nCoordinates with IS on implementation, updating and enhancement to scheduling software tools. \nParticipates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis; leads project schedule status meetings. \nProvides scheduling training, coaching and leadership to project staff, as needed. \nDevelops and analyzes project metrics; generates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management. \nRecommends and develops scheduling process improvements.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field\nMinimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.\nAdvanced understanding of planning and scheduling concepts. \nMust have experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.\nBasic comprehension of nuclear power plant systems, components and interrelated activities. \nGood communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data. \nAbility to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. \nGood problem identification and problem resolution skills. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. \nAbility to adjust schedules based on changing priorities. \nAwareness of internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete work package inputs and definition.\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $73,000-$95,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
