Brings deep human resources expertise, upholds the highest standards of integrity, and plays a strategic role in driving human resources initiatives and cross-functional projects.\nLead & Inspire: Manage and develop a high-performing HR Operations team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate Globally: Partner across regions and functions to implement HR strategies that align with business goals and local needs.\nDrive Strategic Initiatives: Lead key programs in talent management, workforce planning, succession, and employee development.\nBe a Trusted Advisor: Provide expert guidance to leaders and employees on HR policies, employee and labor relations, and organizational development.\nChampion Change: Support transformation efforts through effective change management and communication strategies.\nEnsure Compliance & Mitigate Risk: Collaborate with Legal, Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Internal Controls to proactively manage risk and ensure policy alignment.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field plus 8 years of related experience. Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.\nProven experience navigating the complexities of a globally matrixed organization.\nExperience within technical organizations and regulated work environments is a must.\nExperience operating within a union environment is preferred.\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $112,000-$152,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
