With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.\nWhat You’ll Do Day-To-Day\nDevelops and maintains current project schedules, schedule status and analysis with appropriate software. \nAssists in developing project work breakdown structure for projects to meet scheduling and cost tracking requirements. \nAssists in identifying required project resources (staff, materials, equipment, etc.). \nAssists in coordinating with IS on implementation, updating and enhancement to scheduling software tools. \nParticipates on project teams providing valued project data and analysis. \nGenerates accurate, timely reports and schedules for management. \nRecommends and develops scheduling process improvements.\nContinuous Improvement Initiatives - Support/Facilitates: Flash Meetings, A3 Projects, FMEA (and other Quality Tools), Performance Plans, Voice of the Customer, 8D Event Resolution, Visual Management Meetings\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field\nMinimum of 0 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.\nBasic understanding of planning and scheduling concepts. \nBasic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data. \nAbility to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. \nGood problem identification and problem resolution skills. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. \nAbility to adjust schedules based on changing priorities.\nTotal Rewards Package\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $30.40 - $39.80 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
