With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.\nWhat You’ll Do Day-To-Day\nProvides project leadership for moderately complex single product line projects. \nPrepares project plans/schedules/materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives. \nUtilizes approved project management methods and processes. \nProvides primary interface between project team, management and client. \nDevelops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project. \nCoordinates multiple project activities including organizing and directing personnel, materials and equipment; utilizes team building skills to ensure satisfactory project performance. \nDefines and forecasts needed skills to meet project objectives. \nManages cash flow and ensures attainment of expected cash position. \nExpected to achieve and continue to maintain Framatome PM Certification. \nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's Degree in related field\nMinimum of 8 years related experience, included is a minimum of 4 years of project-related experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.\nAdvanced business and/or technical expertise in a related technical or professional capacity. \nKnowledge of major project-related processes. \nGood knowledge of nuclear safety issues and requirements. \nExcellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers. \nExcellent problem identification and problem resolution skills with emphasis on 'root cause' analysis. \nExcellent report development and presentation skills. \nTotal Rewards Package\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $115,000-$156,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
