This position provides strategic leadership in the development of enterprise reporting, business intelligence, data governance, financial reporting support, and technology operations.\nThe role serves as a key business partner to executive leadership by delivering actionable insights, ensuring data integrity, supporting financial and operational decision-making, and aligning technology capabilities with organizational goals. The Reporting & Analytics Manager oversees multiple functional areas through direct leadership of Accounting and IT managers while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.\nLead the organization's reporting and analytics strategy to support business objectives.\nDevelop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nAnalyze operational, financial, workforce, and organizational performance data to identify trends and opportunities.\nPresent actionable recommendations and business insights to senior leadership.\nEnsure timely and accurate reporting for executive, operational, global, and regulatory needs.\nDrive reporting automation and continuous process improvement initiatives.\nAccounting Oversight\nProvide leadership and strategic direction to the Accounting Manager and accounting team.\n\nEnsure the timely preparation of financial reports and management reporting packages.\n\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis activities.\n\nCollaborate with accounting leadership to strengthen internal controls and financial compliance.\n\nLeverage analytics to improve financial management, forecasting accuracy, and organizational performance.\n\nInformation Technology Leadership\nProvide oversight and strategic direction to the IT Manager and technology operations.\n\nEnsure technology systems effectively support business objectives and reporting requirements.\n\nCollaborate on technology roadmaps, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure planning, and system implementations.\n\nSupport enterprise applications, business intelligence platforms, data governance, and technology modernization efforts.\n\nPartner with IT leadership to improve data accessibility, system integration, and operational efficiency.\n\nData Governance & Data Quality\nEstablish and maintain enterprise data governance standards across financial business systems.\n\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance across financial business systems.\n\nDevelop data definitions, reporting standards, and performance measurement frameworks.\n\nLead efforts to improve data quality and reduce reporting inconsistencies.\n\nStrategic Planning & Business Support\nPartner with executive leadership to support organizational planning and decision-making.\n\nAssist with strategic initiatives, organizational performance reviews, and business transformation efforts.\n\nDevelop performance metrics and reporting structures that align with corporate goals.\n\nSupport organizational forecasting, workforce planning, and operational planning activities.\n\nLeadership & Staff Development\nLead, mentor, and develop Accounting, IT, Reporting, and Analytics staff.\n\nPromote collaboration across Finance, Technology, and Operations functions.\n\nEstablish departmental goals, performance measures, and development plans.\n\nManage departmental budgets, priorities, and resource allocation.\n\nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, customer service, and professional growth.\n\nStakeholder Engagement\nServe as the primary point of contact for reporting and analytics initiatives.\n\nPartner with executive leadership, global management, business units, finance, operations, and IT teams to identify information needs.\n\nTranslate business challenges into actionable reporting and analytical solutions.\n\nSupport strategic planning, operational reviews, and performance management initiatives.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nEight (8) or more years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, finance, accounting, information technology, or related disciplines.\nThree (3) or more years of management experience with responsibility for teams and departmental leadership.\nExperience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives involving finance, technology, and business operations.\nMicrosoft Business Central experience desired\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools.\nStrong SQL and data analysis skills.\nExperience with ERP, accounting, and financial reporting systems.\nKnowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles.\nWorking knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity fundamentals, and enterprise business applications.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel capabilities.\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $115,000-$156,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
