With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.\nWhat You’ll Do Day-To-Day\nAs a Resource Develop & Training Logistics Specialist you will part of a growing Resource Development and Training Team that supplies resources to support BWR and PWR Refuel Projects in the Outage Services Organization.\nInstalls, troubleshoots, assembles and disassembles, repairs and maintains tooling and equipment at customer sites (may include equipment associated with refueling and inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components). \nConducts a variety of routine field tasks including, but not limited to operating specialized equipment, taking measurements, compiling data, and performing without error in high stress environments. \nMaintains maintenance logs and certification documents. \nMay assist with the development procedures and other related data. \nMay provide input to training materials and conduct training. \nMay be responsible for directing technicians which includes on the job training, conducting pre-job briefs, defining task requirements, performance management and coaching, documenting performance, managing conflicts between coworkers, and ensuring safety and compliance of individuals and plant equipment. \nComplies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance.\nWorks flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service. \nRequires travel to a variety of remote job sites. \nRequires unescorted nuclear access (includes background check, psychological exam, and drug screen). \nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh School diploma or equivalent education\nMinimum of 4 years of related experience.\nAdvanced knowledge in a particular field of commonly used equipment, practices and concepts. \nKnowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs as required for specific roles. \nGood communication skills to comprehend, follow direction, policies, procedures and guidelines with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers. \nRequires specific technical training and certification.\nTotal Rewards Package\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $33.80 - $44.30, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
