With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.\nWhat You’ll Do Day-To-Day\nEnsure effective performance of engineering assignments. \nPlan and direct the timely execution of engineering activities, as assigned. \nEnsure projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards. \nEnsure adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures. \nMonitor goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members. \nWork interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships. \nResearch and assess best practices, proposing methods and improvements. \nWork on special projects, as directed. \nPerform other related duties and tasks, as required. \nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted. \n\nMinimum of 5 years of related experience.\nAdvanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria. \nGood communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data. \nAbility to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. \nAdvanced problem identification and problem resolution skills. \nDisplays leadership characteristics. \nExhibits questioning attitude and practices self-checking. \nAdvanced proficiency with specialized software tools and programming languages as required by the role.\nElectrical or Automation Control system design.\nSupervising, mentoring or leading technical personnel. \nLeading technical projects or teams. \nReading and understanding electrical drawings. \nUnderstanding of software development (Windows-based and/or PLC code). \nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $99,000 - $134,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
