With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.\nWhat You’ll Do Day-To-Day\nFacilitates technical training sessions (classroom, virtual or hands-on) to support skills development, safety, quality and operational proficiency. \nPartners with experienced trainers and SMEs to maintain consistent delivery of technical instruction across shifts, teams and locations. \nSupports the development and updating of technical training materials, job aids and work instructions. \nAssists with maintaining training documentation, tracking training completion and entering records into learning systems. \nHelps administer assessments, skills checks and practical evaluations to ensure technical competence. \nContributes to the implementation of standardized technical training processes and procedures. \nSupports training audits, reviews and quality checks to promote accuracy and adherence to standards. \nWorks with training managers and operational leadership to align training tasks with organizational priorities. \nHelps identify training gaps or improvement opportunities through feedback, observation and data review. \nEncourages learners, provides constructive feedback, and helps strengthen instructional consistency across teams.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s Degree in a technical or business field with a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.\nKnowledge of adult learning principles and technical training methodologies. \nAbility to evaluate technical performance objectively and provide supportive coaching. \nAbility to follow structured training processes and support standardization efforts. \nGood communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required. \nAbility to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. \nGood problem identification and problem resolution skills. \nAbility to learn new technical concepts.\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $84,000 - $110,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
