With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.\nWhat You’ll Do Day-To-Day\nPlans, organizes, prioritizes, monitors and controls the work activities of the group(s) in accordance with customer requirements and company policies, procedures and objectives. \nTrains, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. \nTypically approves employees' timecards and participates in employee selection process. \nMay recommend wage adjustment or change of status. \nSupervises group's performance to complete work within budget and schedule. \nEnsures staff adherence to quality, regulatory and safety requirements. \nFacilitates implementation of workflow methods and team improvements. \nProvides expertise to staff in resolution of non-routine manufacturing/technical problems. \nOperations Supervisor for special projects oversight.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor's Degree in related field\nMinimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.\nDemonstrated knowledge of manufacturing procedures and processes and skill in applying manufacturing team concepts. \nExcellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.\nUnderstanding of machining, assembly, fabrication, or other relevant production methods. \nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles. \nKnowledge of ISO standards or industry-specific quality systems. OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols.\nRoot cause analysis and corrective action planning.\nTotal Rewards Package\nTotal Rewards Package\nSalary: $94,0000 - $127,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
