If you need any adjustments along the way, let us know.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn cloud infrastructure across AWS, including provisioning, scaling, and cost management.\nBuild CI/CD pipelines that make deployment fast, predictable, and safe.\nOwn the observability stack including logging, tracing, alerting, and the on-call workflows that respond to it.\nManage Frame's security posture including access controls, secrets management, network segmentation, and audit trails.\nRun database infrastructure including PostgreSQL, Redis, and the replication and failover strategies behind them.\nOperate Kubernetes or equivalent container orchestration at scale.\n\nWhat We Require:\n5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience.\nStrong AWS experience, including VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS, and related services.\nProficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CDK.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at production scale.\nA security-first mindset. You think about access, secrets, and attack surface before someone else asks.\nLow tolerance for fragile systems.
