We believe that security starts with humans as the strongest line of defense.\nJoin us as we build the engine that protects the human layer of every organization in the AI era.\nJob Summary: Frame is looking for a Channel Solutions Engineer to develop the sales and technical capability of our reseller and MSP ecosystem.\nThis role is focused on helping our partners successfully understand how to sell and support the Frame Security platform. You'll develop and deliver the training, sales and technical content, tools, and programs that enable partners to confidently position, demonstrate, implement, and support Frame.\nWe're looking for someone with strong sales engineering instincts who also loves teaching and creating. You'll understand what partners need to be successful, turn that knowledge into practical enablement, and build programs that scale across our partner ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and execute high-impact partner enablement sessions and Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations that clearly communicate Frame’s value and secure technical buy-in from key stakeholders.\nAct as the technical backbone for our reseller and MSP partners, providing the training and support necessary to scale our market presence and ensure partner-led success.\nDevelop and deliver partner sales and technical onboarding, training, workshops, webinars and certification programs.\nEnable partner sales and technical teams to confidently demonstrate Frame and communicate its value and differentiation.\nCreate the enablement materials partners need to succeed, including demo guides, technical pitch decks, discovery guides, battlecards, implementation guides, MSP playbooks, FAQs, and self-service training content.\nIdentify common knowledge gaps and technical challenges across the partner ecosystem and build resources to address them.\nWork closely with Channel, Sales Engineering, Enablement, and Marketing to keep partner enablement aligned with our product and go-to-market strategy.\nContinuously improve enablement based on partner feedback, adoption, and performance.\nSuccess Metrics:\nPartners enabled\nPartner ramp time\nSales cycle\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales/Post-Sales roles.\nTechnical background with hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments, including identity management (Entra ID, Okta), SSO/SAML configuration, domain whitelisting, and customer-facing integrations.\nExperience in AI-driven Cybersecurity and SaaS companies.\nExperience working with resellers and MSPs.\nA \"bias for action\" mindset-comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking initiative. \nDemonstrated ability to build technical playbooks, POC templates, and demo environments from the ground up.\nExperience with identity providers (Okta/Azure AD), email infrastructure (M365/Google Workspace), and API-based integrations.\nA proven collaborative and clear communicator, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.\nBenefits:\nMedical, dental and vision insurance.\nMonthly connectivity reimbursement.\nUnlimited paid time off.\n401(K) Retirement Savings Plan.\nFree daily on site lunch.\nOn site covered parking.\nWhy frame:\nHigh Impact: Build and own processes from start to finish that directly impact our product and customers, affecting millions of people.\nEarly-Stage Advantage: Join at the ground floor of a category-defining company.
