We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.\nThe Role\nWe're seeking a Coordinator, Retail Processes and Support who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail stores, managing store logistics and supplies, developing documentation and SOPs, and serving as a liaison between corporate teams and store personnel. We foster an inclusive, equitable, and collaborative environment where remarkable individuals take pride in their craft, elevate the customer experience, and are empowered to do the best work of their careers.\nAs Coordinator, Retail Processes and Support, You Will:\nMonitor store and district compliance across a wide range of KPI measures, customer satisfaction, and productivity standards - using data to surface trends, flag risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.\nServe as administrator and subject matter expert for store-specific systems, both proprietary and vendor-supported, maintaining a working understanding of how those systems connect and how process changes affect them.\nAct as liaison between stores and HQ, helping to answer questions and support field team requests that come through direct messages, Slack, email, or surveys.\nMonitor task and compliance completion, generate reporting (e.g. task completion rates, customer sentiment metrics, payroll reporting, new product launch adoption), and share results with field leadership on a regular cadence.\nWork closely with factory logistics teams to support store shuttle schedules, supply needs and procurement, and physical inventory movement.\nExecute internal processes such as store hours updates across platforms, creation of monthly operational trackers, and other recurring workflows.\nAssist with the creation and upkeep of Store Policies and Procedures.\nWho You Are:\nAt least 3+ years of retail experience.\nLive in a market where you are local to a store location.\nAnalytical and data-driven, with a natural curiosity about the why behind performance trends - you use data to identify opportunities for process improvement and growth, not just to report on what happened.\nStrong understanding of how systems work and intersect; you think about how process decisions upstream affect outcomes downstream and ask questions to understand those connections.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.\nDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.\nProficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office suite.\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.\nBenefits & Perks:\nFull medical, dental, and vision benefits\nGenerous retirement program - 401(k) and employer-funded pension plan\nParental leave and return program\nFlexible Time Off and paid holidays\nFramebridge employee Free Frame codes and discounts\nShort-term disability and Life/AD&D Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nOngoing learning and development opportunities\nCommuter benefits\nPet insurance\nAnd more!\nSalary Information:\nThe base salary for this role is $70,000.
