Your Client Success Managers oversee Organic Search, Paid Media, and AI Search Optimization for their clients. You own client results and client retention across every channel we sell.\nThis is a hands on leadership seat. You will carry a small book of key accounts yourself, audit paid media accounts, pressure test organic strategy, and step into any client conversation where performance is on the line. You must be fluent in Organic Search, Paid Media, and AI Search Optimization, and confident enough with the numbers to tie every campaign back to revenue.\nTo Get an Interview for This Role, You Must Responsibilities\nLead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Client Success, Paid Media, Technical SEO & Syndication\nOwn client retention, renewals, and account growth across the full client portfolio\nReview Paid Media performance across Google, Meta, and other platforms, and step in to fix underperforming accounts\nEvaluate Organic Search strategy, including keyword targeting, content, technical SEO, and links, and explain results clearly to clients\nGuide AI Search Optimization strategy so clients earn visibility inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI answers\nHave a strong knowledge of running a key book of accounts personally\nServe as the escalation point for at risk clients and lead every save conversation\nRun monthly and quarterly business reviews that tie performance to client revenue using ALTIERA Revenue Intelligence Platform\nCatch performance issues before clients do, and own the process that flags them early\nPartner with Sales on onboarding handoffs and with Content and Technical teams on delivery\nIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accounts\nWhat You'll Be Leading\nOrganic Search campaigns built around revenue, not rankings alone\nPaid Media campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon and Retail, Pinterest, Programmatic, and TikTok\nAI Search Optimization visibility, authority, and dominance inside AI answer engines\nALTIERA Revenue Intelligence reporting that shows clients the revenue behind every campaign\nB2B and B2C clients, with a strong emphasis of ecommerce and DTC brands\nWhat We're Looking For\n7+ years in agency client services, paid media, or search marketing\n4+ years managing a team\nHands on experience running Google Ads and Meta campaigns, deep enough to audit and coach others\nStrong working knowledge of Organic Search and Technical SEO\nCurrent understanding of AI search and how brands earn visibility in AI answers\nProven record of improving client retention and
