Working alongside the SEO team, you will identify high-impact areas in our evolving organic process where you will spearhead and drive operational improvements.\nTo get an interview for this position, you must be:\nA motivated, results-oriented team player who can successfully collaborate with multiple personality types and communicate with all levels of the organization cross-functionally.\nA self-starter who can think critically, multi-task, and keep up in a fast-paced environment.\nAble to convey compelling messages and transform complex concepts into clear communications.\nBe an overachiever and love what you do!\n This is a full-time in-house position at our office in Boise, Idaho.\nResponsibilities\nProvide SEO analysis and technical optimization recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.\nProvide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword-specific.\nMonitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channel.\nDeliver SEO content marketing recommendations based on client’s keywords and end goal.\nReview and contribute to link-building strategies with the client and cross-functional teams.\nSupplement Build out link-building strategy in coordination with clients’ SEO goals\nAudit client backlink profiles and deliver results to clients.\nAdminister search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster and site auditing tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects\nKeep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments\nSupport Client Services Team on web analytics dashboards and point out critical areas for opportunities.\nCommunicate to team and management on project development, timeliness, and results\nWork with team members to meet client goals\nRequirements\nBS/BA degree or equivalent experience\nPassion for SEO and internet marketing\nOutstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems\nAttention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere\nAbility to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points\nHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation\nExcellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills\nSkills\n3+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)\nMust have experience in On-Page SEO Optimization\nMust have experience in technical SEO items\nExperience with website analytics tools; Google Analytics, Google Search Console required.\nStrong knowledge of link building best practices\nAgency experience is a plus\nExperience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Planner, SEMRush, SpyFu, Moz, etc.)\nExperience working within Shopify, WordPress, and/or Magento\nProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other website administration\nWhat's our culture like?\nWe're kind of like one big (or small depending on where you're from) family.
