Driven by creativity and inspired by the future, we set out every day to reframe the possible.\nAbout the role\nWe are growing the team and looking for a Senior Software Developer to help us take a modern, cloud-forward approach to development. You'll help build and maintain end to end web features that power our creative workflows, while also exploring and harnessing AI techniques to assist with code and media generation.\nYou will help build full stack solutions, ranging from the UX down to agentic and data backends, to deliver some of our latest products and services used for modern advertising and brand management. You will be part of a small team working closely with internal product management as well as our artists and creative directors.\nWe prioritise continuous delivery and test-driven development (TDD), meaning you'll measure rigorously, commit frequently, and communicate continuously to ensure we’re confident our code delivers real value with every change.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign, Build and maintain full stack web features, keeping code clean and maintainable.\n\nWork in an agile team that focuses on continuous delivery and test-driven development.\n\nEnsure features have useful metrics and carefully considered security measures.\n\nExplore and harness AI techniques to assist in code and media generation where appropriate.\n\nMentor junior developers, champion strong engineering practices and help foster a collaborative environment.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we are looking for\nDemonstrable expertise in developing features for web platforms.\n\nExperience working with a large application at scale.\n\nStrong communication skills and an eager, proactive approach to learning.\n\nA solid grasp of modern software development practices, including continuous delivery and TDD.\n\nProven ability to solve complex problems independently, driving solutions with high-quality code without over-relying on AI tools.\n\nStrong proficiency in frontend technologies: TypeScript, React, and Vite.\n\nHands-on experience with backend development using Python, FastAPI and databases.\n\nYou might also have\nExperience with VFX/Animation tools and pipelines.\n\nFamiliarity with development in cloud platforms and services, specifically GCP (Google Cloud Platform).\n\nPrevious experience building features for users to work with AI agents.\n\nExperience with UX/DX and a product mindset.\n\nAccessibility Statement\nOur London studio is fully accessible, with step-free entry, accessible toilets on all floors, and quiet spaces available.
