We also share our space with other companies, so there's always a mix of people around.\nAs our part-time Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for the little (and sometimes bigger) things that keep the office running smoothly. You'll work independently in Östersund, with support from our Office and People team in Stockholm and Kalmar.\nThis is a 20% position, making it a great opportunity to combine with university studies or other commitments. We'll agree on a schedule together that works for both you and the needs of the office, giving you flexibility in how you spread your hours throughout the week. And if you're a student, you're more than welcome to stay and study at our office when you're not working!\nWhat you will do\nYour main mission is simple: make sure our office is a great place to be!\nSome days you'll be making sure we have everything we need, other days you'll be helping organize an event or solving an unexpected office issue.\nMore specifically, you will be:\nMaking sure everyday office essentials are in place, from coffee and milk to printer supplies and other necessities.\n\nKeeping the office welcoming, organized, and running smoothly, including taking care of plants and shared spaces.\n\nBeing the main contact person for our tenants and helping with practical questions and requests.\n\nCoordinating with external suppliers and partners, such as cleaning services and property management.\n\nHandling practical office administration, including access systems and coordinating checks of safety equipment.\n\nHelping plan and organize local events, breakfasts, afterworks, and other fun activities.\n\nWorking closely with colleagues in Östersund and our Office team in other Framna studios.\n\nWho you are\nYou don't need years of experience or an impressive CV to succeed in this role.
