In this role, you report to the Team leader Spare Parts.\nKey Responsibilities\nOrganize and coordinate the spare parts order process from quotation to dispatch\nPrepare, process, and follow up on customer quotations and sales orders\nMonitor order progress and keep customers informed about order and shipment status\nCoordinate invoicing activities of the sales orders\nAct as the link between customers, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and other internal departments\nEnsure all customer requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service\nProvide accurate reporting and administrative support to the Team leader Spare Parts\nContribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and customer service\nEnsure all work is carried out in accordance with FRAMO standards and company procedures\nundefined\nAbout you\nYou are a customer-focused and well-organized professional with strong administrative and coordination skills. You enjoy working in an international environment where you are in daily contact with customers and colleagues across different departments.
