Whether you come from a procurement background or general operations, what matters most is your attention to detail and your ability to own a process end to end.\nWhat you'll do:\nSource and obtain quotations from vendors, distributors and suppliers for IT hardware, software licensing and related services\nProvide accurate cost and lead-time inputs for sales quotations and tender submissions\nCompare costs across suppliers to support competitive, well-supported pricing\nRaise, place and track purchase orders, and follow up on shipment and delivery\nManage freight forwarding, shipping documentation, customs clearance and import logistics\nTrack actual landed costs against estimates and report variances\nCoordinate with finance on supplier payments and payment terms\nMaintain supplier records, pricing history and vendor relationships\n Essential\nHands-on experience procuring or sourcing from IT/technology vendors and distributors - you already know this ecosystem, you're not learning it on the job\nBackground in procurement, purchasing, logistics or operations\nStrong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and cost comparisons\nHighly organized and detail-oriented - you follow up until you have a firm answer, not an approximate one\nAble to manage several orders and deadlines at once without losing track\nProfessional written and spoken English and Arabic\nAdvantageous\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field\nExperience with international purchasing, import documentation or customs clearance\nExperience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP or similar)\n Competitive salary package.
