If you thrive on creating breakthroughs and making an impact - we want to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.\n\nProvide technical support and troubleshoot production issues, overseeing equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance.\n\nDevelop and maintain SOPs and process documentation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.\n\nTrain production teams on new processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.\n\nCollaborate with Quality and Product Engineering to meet standards, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions for quality issues.\n\nLead improvement initiatives to optimize production and capacity.\n\nWe Would Love You to Have\nEducational Background\nBachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience\nAt least 2 years in production engineering, manufacturing, or process engineering.\n\nTechnical Skills\nProficiency with manufacturing software (e.g., CAD, CAM), ERP systems, and knowledge of process improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
