If you’re energized by innovation and driven to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities\nEmbedded Hardware Design\nDesign and develop electronic circuits and high quality PCB layouts for embedded systems in compliance with defence and industry standards.\n\nComponent Selection & Qualification\nSpecify and validate components for defence applications, ensuring reliable operation under harsh environmental conditions.\n\nPrototyping & Verification\nDevelop engineering prototypes and support iterative testing, troubleshooting, and hardware validation activities.\n\nHardware-Software Integration\nCollaborate on hardware-software co design, defining robust interfaces and supporting firmware integration and verification.\n\nDocumentation & Compliance\nProduce design specifications, BOMs, test plans, and verification evidence to support qualification and regulatory compliance.\n\nManufacturing & Supply Chain Support\nSupport procurement and oversee the transition from prototype development to full scale manufacturing.\n\nDesign Improvement & Optimisation\nDrive continuous improvements to enhance performance, robustness, reliability, and manufacturability of embedded hardware.\n\nWe Would Love You to Have\nEducational Background\nA technical degree or diploma in electronics engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience\nAt least 5 years of experience in the design and development of embedded electronic hardware, including complex electronic circuits and PCB-based systems.\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong electronic design and development skills, including schematic capture, PCB layout, circuit simulation, testing and debugging, and the creation of accurate technical documentation.\n\nSoft Skills\nA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.\n\nMission Alignment\nStrong alignment with our mission to build affordable and mass-manufacturable defence technologies - ensuring every euro spent moves us closer to our goal.\n\nSecurity Clearance\nWillingness to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.\n\nOur Values\nOur mission is ambitious, and it takes a team that works with the same intensity.\nOwn the Mission: Mission first.
