If you thrive on innovation and impact - we want to hear from you.\nKey Responsibilities \nStructural Analysis & Simulation\nPerform structural strength, stiffness, and fatigue analyses of missile and launcher components using FEA and analytical methods to predict and validate structural performance.\n\nQualification Support\nPrepare analysis reports and strength documentation to support verification, qualification, and safety activities.\n\nDesign Optimisation\nWork closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to improve designs, evaluate trade-offs, and enhance structural performance throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nTesting & Validation\nAnalyse test results and structural failures to validate simulations and support design improvements.\n\nDocumentation & Traceability\nMaintain clear and traceable records of structural analyses, engineering assumptions, requirements, and supporting documentation in line with company processes.\n\nWe Would Love You to Have\nExperience\nPrevious experience in structural analysis, fatigue calculations, and mechanical design of metallic and composite structures, preferably in aerospace, UAV or space applications.\n\nTechnical Expertise\nProficiency with FEA and 3D CAD software (ANSYS, Nastran, SolidWorks etc), structural and fatigue analysis, and a strong theoretical understanding of structural mechanics. Familiarity with defence industry standards (MIL-STD, STANAG) is a plus.\n\nSoft Skills\nProactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
