Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our innovative products, industry leading quality products, exceptional customer service, employee development, and passion for social responsibility.\n\nJoin us to create a better future while growing professionally in a supportive environment!\nMOVE FORWARD WITH US\n What you will be doing:\nAssist product engineers by preparing and conducting experiments, collecting data, and calculating or recording results. \nAid in designing and implementing product testing infrastructure\nTest, repair, monitor, and maintain equipment, systems, test fixtures, and/or assemblies.\nAssist with the design of various electronic circuits, assemblies, and software.\nAssemble and test PCB assemblies incorporating thru hole and surface mount components.\nIdentify and order necessary parts to support product development.\nPrepare and manage records for regulatory compliance and certification.\nAnalyze and troubleshoot returned materials and electronic components.\nAssist investigation of electronic components for Root Cause Failure Analysis.\nContribute to product development by providing design input and participating in design reviews. \nWork with internal and external customers to supply specifications, improve products, and monitor Field Trial units.\nFollow industry and company safety guidelines.\nOperate and troubleshoot products with a heavy focus on variable frequency drives (VFDs).\nPerform other related duties as required or assigned. \nWho we want:\nHard-working winners. People who thrive in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure a project is complete and meets regulations and expectations.\nSkills Knowledge and Expertise\n What you need:\nRead and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nAble to read and interpret complex circuits schematics.\nWrite technical reports and test procedures. \nWork with general guidelines and standardized procedures/instructions. \nAble to operate, troubleshoot, and make technical decisions with minimal supervision. \nUse standard assembly techniques using soldering iron and standard hand tools.\nUse complex machines and electronic test equipment (such as oscilloscope, digital volt meter, function generator).\nEffectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization.\nIdentify and learn new technologies related to job duties.\nMaintain confidentiality and use discretion with business information\n Education and Experience\nAssociate’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, design technology, or a related field or equivalent experience (required).\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, design technology, or a related field or equivalent experience (preferred).\n5+ years of relevant education or experience in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or a related field (required).\nComputer Skills\nIntermediate: Alphanumeric data entry, spreadsheet\n Basic: Microsoft Office suite, Python, National Instruments FlexLogger, LabVIEW.\nDon’t feel like you check all the boxes in the job description?
