Initiating preliminary design concepts and evaluation through concept feasibility, design validation, manufacturing process and PPAP approvals.\nCollaborate with a global multidisciplinary team to develop and launch innovative new products.\nOversee product line maintenance to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective products.\nBenchmark competitive equipment.\nParticipate in multi-disciplinary collaboration to correct manufacturing issues (assembly, machining, etc.), quality issues (dimensional, material, and design discrepancies, etc.), and purchasing issues (vendor qualification, engineering support, etc.).\nDefine critical-to-quality dimensions and features of components and products.\nPerform other related duties as required or assigned.\nWho we want:\nHard-working winners.
