Tracks corrective actions until discrepancies are resolved.\n\nReviews all product analysis from the various departments to determine the existence of any quality problems.\n\nFollows incoming inspection requirements as needed.\n\nCoordinates quality system non-conformance issues with the appropriate manufacturing department personnel and/or suppliers to achieve acceptable resolution.\n\nEvaluates and supervises assigned customer complaints.
