Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our innovative products, industry leading quality products, exceptional customer service, employee development, and passion for social responsibility.\nJoin us to create a better future while growing professionally in a supportive environment!\nMOVE FORWARD WITH US\nWhat you will be doing:\nAssist engineers with the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of products, systems, manufacturing processes, and tooling.\nCollect, analyze, and interpret engineering, test, and process data to support product validation, problem-solving, and decision-making.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sourcing, to support project execution and deliverables.\nPrepare technical documentation, present project results, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the co-op assignment.\nWho we want:\n If you are a self-motivated and collaborative individual who is passionate about making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.\nDedicated achievers - People who thrive in a fast-paced environment and will stop at nothing to ensure a project is complete and meets regulations and expectations.\nWhat you need:\nEducation & Experience Currently pursuing an accredited bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nCompletion of foundational engineering coursework appropriate to the assignment is required.\nPrevious internship, co-op, laboratory, design-team, manufacturing, or hands-on project experience is preferred but not required.\nMust meet the eligibility requirements of the participating college or university co-op program, when applicable.\n\nComputer SkillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nExperience with CAD, engineering analysis, data acquisition, statistical analysis, programming, ERP, PLM, or other technical systems is preferred based on the assignment.\nAbility to learn Franklin Electric systems and engineering tools relevant to the assigned project.\n\nDon’t feel like you check all the boxes?
