This role combines technical application support, quotation preparation, consultant specification activities, customer service, troubleshooting, project support, and business development to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, system integrators, and end users throughout Vietnam.\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities and project leads.\nPromote Franklin Electric products and solutions to customers, consultants, and project stakeholders.\nPrepare technical and commercial quotations for pump projects.\nReview project requirements, drawings, BOQs, and tender specifications.\nSelect suitable pump solutions based on application and hydraulic requirements.\nPrepare technical proposals, submittals, compliance statements, and pump schedules.\nWork closely with Water supply companies, M&E consultants, design institutes, and engineering companies to secure specifications.\nConduct technical presentations, product training sessions, and seminars.\nProvide troubleshooting, commissioning, startup, and after-sales support.\nConduct site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations of pumps and systems.\nInvestigate technical issues and recommend corrective actions.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.\nProvide regular business, project, and market reports to management.\nWho we want:\nIf you are a self-motivated and collaborative individual who is passionate about making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.\nHard-working winners.
