As our Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the warehouse team, maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders, and providing administrative support.\n\nSuccess in this role means the smooth functioning of the warehouse and accurate stock levels, all whilst maintaining a safe working environment.\nYou’ll make an impact by:\nCoordinating movements of inventory between branches \nEnsuring operational and administrative tasks within the warehouse are completed in accordance with established procedures and to the satisfaction of external and internal customers \nMaintaining inventory control systems to properly manage stock levels and ensure accuracy always \nConducting weekly cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory and reconcile discrepancies \nCarrying out general warehouse/stores duties, including loading and unloading goods, picking and packing, etc \nProviding back up branch administration when required \nWhat you'll bring\nTo succeed in this role, you’ll have:\nA proactive commitment to safety protocols \nPrevious warehouse/logistics experience \nA forklift ticket \nIntermediate computer skills \nHave current Australian working rights \n\n It’s not a deal breaker, but we’d also love to see some of the following:\nExperience working with an ERP/SAP \nA background in mining or manufacturing \nA mechanical aptitude \nWhy PumpEng?\nPumps are what we do.
