The team brings together software engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, deliver, and support scalable enterprise solutions. Working within established governance and architecture standards, the team promotes innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Joining the team provides opportunities to work with modern AI technologies, low-code platforms, and enterprise-scale automation programs.\n\nCore Responsibilities :\n\n- Develop scalable AI/automation solutions using enterprise AI/automation platforms to streamline manual processes and improve operational efficiency.\n\n- Build reusable components aligned to CoE standards.\n\n- Perform testing and support deployments.\n\n- Enhance automation frameworks and accelerator libraries.\n\n- Analyse processes and identify automation opportunities.\n\n- Create functional and technical solution designs.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation.\n\nStrategic Responsibilities:\n\n- Design secure, scalable, compliant solutions.\n\n- Provide production support for automation solutions.\n\n- Improve solution reliability and performance.\n\n- Resolve incidents and support root cause analysis.\n\n- Use AI tools for development, testing, and debugging.\n\n- Validate AI-generated outputs.\n\n- Embed AI capabilities into automation solutions.\n\nTeam & Collaboration:\n\n- Collaborate with business and technology teams.\n\n- Partner with architects and product teams.\n\n- Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies.\n\n- Share knowledge and reusable assets.\n\n- Deliver outcome-based automation solutions.\n\n- Develop proofs of concept and AI tools.\n\n- Manage assigned projects and escalate risks early.\n\nWhat Will Help You Be Successful in This Role:\n\nExperience, Education & Certifications:\n\n- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline (Master's preferred).\n\n- 2 -
